Andreia Costa Vieira, founder and director of the Institute, holds a PhD in International Law (USP), a Master's in International Trade Law (University of Nottingham, UK) and was Visiting Fellow at the University of Cambridge (UK) where she finished her PhD studies. She is a lawyer registered at OAB (Brazilian Bar Association), International Consultant and Legal Adviser and Professor of PhD, Masters and Undergraduate courses in Brazil. She was a lawyer at Caritas/UNHCR / Ministry of Justice for Refugees in Brazil and a Temporary Delegate Member of the Brazilian Diplomatic Mission to the WTO, UNCTAD and other I.Os. in Geneva. She is the author of books and papers published in the area of ​​International Law and International Relations, having provided international legal advice in her subjects of expertise.
